The 1/2" Watts 995 Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) was produced from 1998-2009. The body was made of nickel plated copper. Modular check assemblies thread into body. The relief valve body is constructed of plastic and has a union fitting that threads onto the body. Uses an external sensing line. No special tools are required for servicing.

The 1/2" Watts 800M2 Series pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) was produced from 1991-1992. The 800M2 was replaced with the 800M3. The 800M2 featured a bronze body construction with non replacable seats. No special tools are required for servicing.

The 1/2" Watts Series 800M4-FR pressure vacuum breaker began production in 1995 and is still currently being produced. In 2010, A lead free version was introduced, which is tagged LF800M4-FR. The lead free and leaded versions use the same internal parts. The "FR" stands for "freeze resistant" and contains a small relief built into the air inlet float to prevent damage if frozen. Please note, this device is freeze resistant, not freeze-proof. This device should still be drained and winterized in freezing conditions. The valve features a bronze body with plastic internal parts. Check seats are replacable and thread into the body. No special tools are required for service.

The 1/2" Watts #7 Series Dual Check Valves prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backpressure backflow. It consists of bronze body construction with internal rubber components and is designed for continuous or intermittent pressure applications. Commonly found on residential incoming water lines. These repair parts fit the older "leaded" versions of the #7 and do NOT fit Lead Free, LF7 models. There are no repair parts for the LF7 models.
