This is a cover kit designed for the Ames 1000SS, 2000SS, 2001SS, 3000SS, 3001SS, 4000SS, & 5000SS series assemblies. This kit includes a new stainless steel cover, Victaulic clamp and gasket (For 1000SS - new cover to replace your damaged or warped cover). The test cock is not included with this kit and sold separately. Genuine Ames repair part. No special tools are required for servicing but a handy cam check tool is available to assist in removal and replacement of the cam check assemblies.
