This is a check spring module for the 10" Febco 870 double check assemblies, and second check assembly for the 10" 880 series assemblies. This spring module is a self contained assembly and will fit either first or second check in the 870 series. For the 880 series, simply unbolt the old check assembly and bolt in this new replacement. Replace your weak or broken spring with this genuine Febco repair kit. No special tools are required for servicing.
**Notice: The original Febco 880 and LF880 use different parts. Please be sure which model you have before ordering. The LF880 can be identified by an epoxy coated relief valve body. The original 880 had a bronze relief valve body.
