8" Ames 2000SS Series Double Check Valve Assembly Backflow Preventer. Offers a single Victaulic style cover that makes servicing quick and easy. This device has OS&Y (Outside Stem & Yoke) gate valves and has flanged ends. The compact size allows for a short lay length which makes it ideal for installation in tight spaces or a great option to replace an older valve in a retrofit application. The valve is light weight and corrosion resistant due to its stainless steel construction. Available in sizes 2 1/2 - 12". The device is testable and shall be tested in compliance with your local code. Maximum working pressure of 175psi
