The 4" ZW205FP Pressure Relief Valve relieves high system pressure in Fire Suppression Systems. Its pilot assembly reacts quickly to increases in upstream pressure, preventing damage to system piping, valves, and sprinklers while maintaining positive pressure on fire pumps. As water demand in the fire protection system increases, the relief valve closes to direct more water to suppress fires. The relief valve maintains upstream pressure at the set pressure amount as long as maximum flow rates of the valve are not exceeded. It features quick opening and slow closing features for prevention of upstream pressure surges, and has an angle pattern body.
