The 1/2 inch Watts LF800M4FR is a Lead Free freeze-resistant pressure vacuum breaker designed to prevent backsiphonage of contaminated water into the potable water supply. It features a cast copper silicon alloy body and protects internal components from freeze damage with a unique relief valve. An integrated freeze sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology signals personnel when temperatures approach freezing. This 1/2 inch Lead Free Freeze-Resistant Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) prevents backsiphonage of contaminated water under continuous pressure into the potable water supply. Its superior design protects the valve body and internal components during sudden freeze conditions by relieving pressure caused by ice formation through a unique relief valve built into the plastic float.

WARNING: The integrated freeze sensor provides alerts about a possible freeze event but does not prevent it from occurring. User action is required to prevent freeze conditions from causing product and/or property damage.
