This 1 1/2 inch lead free reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly prevents polluted water from entering the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure. It is ideal for protection in continuous pressure piping applications and at cross-connections identified as health hazards and from other contaminants found at the service line entrance.

The assembly includes a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert technology to detect continuous water discharges from the relief valve. When paired with an add-on connection kit (sold separately), this sensor relays alerts for potential flooding events to a Sensor Control Monitor. The Sensor Control Monitor enables integration with a Building Automation System (BAS) via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa platform through Wi-Fi connectivity for maintenance alerts.
