This 1 inch Lead Free Double Check Valve Backflow Preventer Assembly is designed for non-health hazard applications, protecting the potable water supply from polluted water due to backsiphonage or backpressure. It features a compact modular design for easy in-line maintenance with a single access cover.

The assembly includes a freeze sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology to monitor temperature and alert facility personnel when freeze conditions could cause equipment damage.

WARNING: The freeze sensor provides alerts about a possible freeze event but cannot prevent it from occurring. User action is required to prevent freeze conditions from causing product and/or property damage. An add-on connection kit (sold separately) is required to activate the freeze sensor; without it, the sensor is a passive component and does not communicate with any other device.
