This 10 inch Ames Fire & Waterworks Series 2000SS Double Check Valve Backflow Preventer Assembly is designed to prevent reverse flow of polluted water into potable water systems, suitable for non-health hazard applications. It features a lightweight, lead-free 300 Series stainless steel body for superior corrosion resistance and reduced installation costs. The assembly includes integrated OS&Y flanged shutoff valves with UL Certified supervisory switches and spring-loaded cam-check valves for low head loss. Approved for horizontal and vertical flow-up installations, it offers easy maintenance with a single top access cover. Maximum working pressure is 175 psi. Item number 88003080.
