The Colt 10 inch Lead Free Reduced Pressure Detector Assembly, model LFC500N-OSY-G-FS, prevents backflow contamination in potable water systems. It protects against backsiphonage, backpressure, and fouling of check valves in fire protection systems. This compact unit features a Type 304 stainless steel housing, OSY shutoff valves with grooved connections, and a bottom-mounted relief valve. An integrated flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology detects excessive water discharge, notifying personnel of potential flooding with an optional connection kit. The Colt™ 10 inch Lead Free Reduced Pressure Detector Backflow Preventer Assembly is designed to protect potable water systems from contamination due to backsiphonage and backpressure, commonly used in health-hazard applications. This assembly also monitors for unauthorized water use from the fire protection system.

This compact and lightweight model features a stainless steel body, OSY shutoff valves with grooved connections, and a flood sensor for enhanced safety.
