It features a compact, modular design with a lightweight stainless steel body, an integrated flood sensor, and a GPM metered bypass for leak detection.

WARNING: It is illegal to use this product in any plumbing system providing water for human consumption, such as drinking or dishwashing, in the United States. Before installing, consult your local water authority, building, and plumbing codes.

Flood Sensor Technology

  • Features a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect continuous discharge from the relief valve.
  • An add-on sensor connection kit is required to activate the flood alert feature.
  • Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, and the Sensor Control Monitor for integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.
  • Detects underground leaks and unauthorized water use via the metered bypass.

Construction & Design

  • Stainless steel body provides long-term corrosion resistance and maximum strength, while also reducing installation and shipping costs due to its lightweight nature.
  • Short end-to-end dimensions make retrofit installations easier.
  • Includes domestic outside stem and yoke (OSY) resilient seated gate valves.
  • Thermoplastic cam-check valves feature stainless steel hinge pins, cam arms, and cam bearings, designed for maximum flow at low pressure drop.
  • Stainless steel relief valve with a balanced rolling diaphragm eliminates sliding seals and lowers maintenance costs.
  • Bottom-mounted relief valve design reduces clearance requirements against an outside wall.
  • All internal parts are accessible through a single cover, securely held by a two-bolt grooved coupling.
  • Equipped with four ball type test cocks for easy maintenance.
  • No special tools are required for servicing.
