Flood Sensor Activation

  • An add-on connection kit is required to activate the flood sensor's alert features. Without this kit, the flood sensor is a passive component and will not communicate with other devices.
  • Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, or the Sensor Control Monitor.
  • The Sensor Control Monitor enables integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS) via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.
  • For existing installations, a retrofit sensor connection kit is also available.

Installation

  • This assembly is approved for horizontal N pattern installation. Groove fittings are provided for integral pipeline adjustment and ease of installation.
