This AMES 3 inch lead-free double check valve backflow preventer assembly is engineered to safeguard potable water systems from non-potable water contamination due to backsiphonage or backpressure. Featuring a lightweight 300 Series stainless steel body and Noryl check assembly, it offers superior corrosion protection and strength. The compact design with a short lay length is ideal for retrofit installations and approved for horizontal or vertical mounting. Equipped with non-rising stem (NRS) resilient seated gate valves and cam-check valves, it ensures low head loss and easy maintenance.
