This 3 inch Watts Series LF009 Reduced Pressure Zone Backflow Preventer Assembly is designed to protect potable water supplies from backflow caused by backsiphonage or backpressure. It is ideal for preventing health hazard cross-connections and contamination in continuous pressure piping applications.

• Features a durable cast iron body construction coated with ArmorTek®, a patented three-part advanced epoxy system that resists microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) and protects exposed metal substrate.
• Designed with Lead Free* construction, ensuring the wetted surface contains less than 0.25% lead content.
• Equipped with UL and FM Approved Outside Stem and Yoke (OSY) resilient seated gate valves for reliable shutoff.
• Includes two in-line independent check valves, captured springs, and replaceable check seats, along with an internal relief valve for reduced installation clearances.
