The Colt C400 Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) backflow preventer assembly is designed to protect potable water systems from contamination due to backsiphonage and backpressure. This 4-inch lead-free assembly is suitable for health hazard applications and is approved for horizontal Z pattern installation.

This assembly features a stainless steel body with a quick access sleeve, torsion spring check modules, resilient seated gate valves with outside stem and yoke (OSY), test cocks, and a bottom-mounted pressure relief valve. It includes a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve.
