Description
The Ames Colt 6 inch lead-free double check valve backflow preventer assembly, Series C200, C200N, prevents the reverse flow of non-potable water into potable water supplies. This assembly features a 304 stainless steel body, two independently operating Tri-Link check valves for minimal pressure loss, OSY resilient seated gate valves, and an integrated UL Certified supervisory switch. Designed for non-health hazard applications, such as fire sprinkler systems, it offers a compact design, single access sleeve for easy maintenance, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Approved by UL, FM, ASSE 1015, and AWWA C510-97, it provides reliable protection against backsiphonage and backpressure with a maximum working pressure of 175 psi. Item number 88003105.

It is ideal for protection at cross-connections identified as non-health hazards, such as on fire sprinkler systems and from other contaminants found at the service line entrance.
This compact modular design features a single housing sleeve access port for easy maintenance and is approved for horizontal or vertical installation. It includes two independently operating Tri-Link Check modules, two OSY (Outside Stem and Yoke) resilient seated gate valves, and four test cocks.
