The Febco 10 inch LF850 MasterSeries Lead Free Double Check Valve Assembly is designed for non-health hazard applications, protecting potable water systems from backsiphonage and backpressure of pollutants that are objectionable but not toxic. This assembly is sold without shutoff valves (less gates) for integration into existing systems.

The assembly features a durable ductile iron body with flanged end connections, and two in-line independent check valves, making it ideal for containment at the service line entrance or other non-health hazard cross-connections.

Advanced Coating Technology

  • Internal and external surfaces are coated with ArmorTek®, a patented three-part advanced epoxy system.
  • This coating is engineered to reduce microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) and protect exposed metal substrates from corrosion.

Design and Serviceability

  • In-line serviceable assembly requiring no special tools for servicing.
  • Features a captured modular spring assembly, reversible and replaceable discs, and field replaceable seats.
