The Febco 2 1/2 inch MasterSeries LF850 Double Check Valve Assembly is an in-line backflow preventer designed to protect potable water supplies from backpressure and backsiphonage in non-health hazard (pollutant) applications. This assembly is ideal for containing objectionable, but non-toxic, pollutants at the service line entrance without shutoff valves.

The LF850 features Lead Free construction, meeting low lead installation requirements with less than 0.25% lead by weight. Its iron components are coated with ArmorTek®, a patented three-part advanced epoxy system engineered to reduce microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) and protect exposed metal surfaces, ensuring long-lasting performance.
