The Febco 2 1/2 inch LF850 MasterSeries Lead Free Double Check Valve Assembly with NRS (Non-Rising Stem) gate valves is designed to protect potable water systems from backflow and backsiphonage of non-health hazard (pollutant) substances. It is ideal for protecting non-health hazard cross-connections and for containment at the service line entrance.

This assembly prevents objectionable, non-toxic pollutants from entering the potable water supply. It features an in-line design with an epoxy coated ductile iron body and flanged end connections.
