It is ideal for continuous pressure piping applications and cross-connections identified as non-health hazards.

This assembly features a compact, modular design for easy in-line maintenance without special tools. It is constructed with a ductile iron body and domestic OS&Y (Outside Stem & Yoke) resilient seated gate valves, making it suitable for a wide range of installations.

Construction & Materials

  • Features a ductile iron body (Grade 65-45-12) coated with ArmorTek®, a patented three-part advanced epoxy system, to resist microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) and protect exposed metal surfaces.
  • Contains two independently acting stainless steel clapper style check modules with stainless steel disc holders and springs.
  • Includes replaceable stainless steel seats and silicone elastomer discs.
  • Lead Free* construction with wetted surfaces containing less than 0.25% lead, complying with low lead installation requirements.
