Its compact, modular design facilitates straightforward maintenance, featuring a single access cover for in-line repairs.

Flood Sensor Technology

• Includes a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve.
• An add-on connection kit (sold separately) is required to activate the flood sensor, enabling communication for alerts.
• Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, and the Sensor Control Monitor for integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.
• Watts is not responsible for the failure of alerts due to connectivity or power issues.
