Connections
- This assembly features groove end connections for integral pipeline adjustment and simplified installation into your existing system.
Flood Sensor Activation
An add-on connection kit is required to activate the flood sensor's alert feature. Without this kit, the sensor acts as a passive component and will not communicate with other devices. Consult the RP/IS-957/957DCDA document for more information on the required connection kit.

Additional Details
This 3 inch reduced pressure detector backflow preventer assembly is designed to prevent the reverse flow of fire protection substances and water of non-potable quality from being pumped or siphoned into the potable water supply. It protects against backsiphonage and backpressure in accordance with national plumbing codes and water authority requirements.
WARNING: It is illegal to use this product in any plumbing system providing water for human consumption, such as drinking or dishwashing, in the United States. Before installing standard material product, consult your local water authority, building and plumbing codes.
Key Features
