This Watts Series 994 Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly includes a flood sensor designed to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. To activate the flood sensor's alert capabilities, an add-on connection kit is required. These kits enable communication through various systems including BMS (Building Management Systems), cellular networks, or the Sensor Control Monitor for integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.

NOTICE: An add-on connection kit is required to activate the flood sensor. Without the connection kit, the flood sensor is a passive component that does not communicate with any other device.
