Description

This 3 inch lead free MasterSeries reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly is designed to protect water services from high hazard (toxic) fluids in industrial installations. Its durable ductile iron body features a patented ArmorTek coating for advanced corrosion resistance, including protection against microbial induced corrosion. Equipped with a SentryPlus Alert flood sensor, it detects continuous relief valve discharge and can integrate with building automation systems via Modbus or Wi-Fi for alerts. Stainless steel relief valve seats, check components, and springs ensure maximum performance and extended valve life. The assembly includes domestic non-rising stem shutoff valves and a configurable N-pattern design. Item number F683141.

Flood Sensor Connectivity

The integrated flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert technology can be enhanced with an add-on connection kit. This allows the sensor to relay alerts for potential flooding events via various communication methods. Options include direct integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS) via RS-485 Modbus or through the Nexa platform by Wi-Fi connectivity using the Sensor Control Monitor. Cellular communication and other BMS options are also available.
