This backflow preventer features a Z-pattern lay-length designed for direct drop-in replacement of existing competitor Z-pattern valves in 6 inch lines.
End connections are compliant to ASME B16.1 Class 125 and AWWA Class D Flange standards.
The installation of a FEBCO air gap with the drain line terminating above a floor drain is recommended for normal discharge. Ensure the floor drain size is adequate to prevent water damage from complete failure conditions.
