  • The integrated flood sensor requires an add-on sensor connection kit (sold separately) to activate its alert capabilities. Connection kit options include those compatible with BMS, cellular communication, or the Sensor Control Monitor, enabling integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.

Advanced Flood Detection

The integrated flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology detects excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When paired with an add-on connection kit (sold separately), the sensor activates to relay alerts for potential flooding events to facility personnel, helping to limit flooding and costly damage.

  • Features a durable 304 (Schedule 40) stainless steel housing and sleeve with a quick-access sleeve.
  • Equipped with torsion spring check valves and resilient seated UL Classified and FM Approved outside stem and yoke (OSY) gate valves.
